we mess up a payout

you tell us. we fix it. 24 hours, max.

payouts fail sometimes — wrong wallet address, bank glitch, our bug. when it's on us, we own it.

  • step 1 — message us directly. not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. a real person reads it.
  • step 2 — we confirm what went wrong. usually within an hour during waking hours.
  • step 3 — funds corrected within 24 hours. if the original rail failed, we re-send via the fastest available method (usually crypto).
  • no questions asked. if our records say we owe you, we owe you.
